Great success yesterday for “Diego's Night" to remind Maradona on his birthday, it would have been 63 candles. A party in grand style on the Rame' terrace of the Gold Tower Hotel, an event masterfully organized by B&G Art Event Communication of the journalist Barbara Carere, with the supervision of his close friend and manager Stefano Ceci who, as the perfect host, welcomed more than two hundred guests including former footballers, actors, singers, industry professionals and entrepreneurs, among whom the names of Diego's former teammates stand out.
Present were the historic captain Bruscolotti, Giovanni Francini and Nando De Napoli, the director Gigi Pavarese, Antonio Carannante, the former captain of Napoli and the current one Paolo Cannavaro, the singer Ciccio Merolla who gave the audience a performance of his “Malatia”, Valerio Jovine who opened the event with his song “O' reggae' Maradona”, the actor Pasquale Palma who made the audience smile with his monologue on the “Pibe de oro”, Desideri, Ciro Giustiniani, Enzo Paudice, Mauro Nardi, Ludo Brusco of mister Hyde, Anna Capasso. Patrizio Rispo, actor of A Place in the Sun, the singer Lello D'Onofrio, the journalists Antonio Giordano, Gianfranco Coppola, Francesco De Luca, Salvatore Biazzo, Carlo Alvino, Francesco Molaro, Dario Sarnataro, Francesca Silvestre, the producer of Mattina Live Gennaro Coppola and the presenter Diletta Acanfora, the entrepreneurs Gianfranco Santero for Santero bubbles, Marco Simonetti Toraldo coffee Luca Russo for Di Costa chocolate shop, and also the director of Prince Football Management Alberto Zasso.
The Desideri, Ciro Giustiniani, Enzo Paudice, Mauro Nardi and Ludo Bruscò of mister Hyde. The moment dedicated to the Santobono Pausilipon foundation was very meaningful and emotional with the presence of the director Flavia Matrisciano to whom the collector Cammarota and Stefano Ceci donated respectively a number 10 shirt from the 1989/90 season where Napoli won the second championship, and Diego's foot, the proceeds of the donation to win the memorabilia were a total of 12.000 euros with great joy for the director and the president of the foundation present.
The party ended with the classic cutting of the cake from the Coumayer pastry shop, lots of Santero bubbles which for the occasion created a limited edition dedicated to Maradona and Stefano Ceci and Barbara Carere have made an appointment for the next edition, the third, of la Noche de Diego.
