As part of the initiatives aimed at spreading the culture of Road Education, the Social Promotion Association "Soma & Psiche", this morning, organized in the municipality of Somma Vesuviana a day dedicated to the students of the E. Torricelli and E. Majorana High Schools, with the participation of the State Police Blue Bus, equipped with the most innovative technologies and with State Police personnel on board specialized in communication aimed at conveying the culture and conduct of safe driving to young people.
The event was attended by approximately 400 students from the area, to whom the crew of the bus and the personnel of the Naples Highway Police Section, coordinated by the Chief of the State Police Dr. Maria Pia ROSSI, showed them the various technologies, the use and the purposes of the equipment provided such as the Breathalyzer, the Precursor and the Telelaser, involving the kids in themed games, films and cartoons to make them understand how important it is to drive without distractions and in a correct manner.
In particular, for high school students, a driving simulator and a multimedia carpet were set up on the bus to simulate the effects of driving under the influence of alcohol.
