A brusciano, in the province of Naples, the Carabinieri of the Marigliano station intervened in an apartment located in via Giuseppe Ungaretti following the report of suspicious activity.
Arriving on the scene shortly thereafter, the police surprised three men intent on committing a theft, who, however, tried to flee.
One of the thieves, a 31-year-old with a criminal record and already under house arrest, was arrested.

During the search of the apartment, the Carabinieri found and seized several tools for burglary. Investigations are currently underway to identify and capture the two accomplices who are still at large.
The arrested man was transferred to prison and will have to answer for the crimes of theft and escape.
