The demolition phase of the eastern area of Naples began today Iron Tavern. This redevelopment and enhancement project is financed with 106 million euros from the Pnrr and Pon Metro funds.
The mayor of Naples Gaetano Manfredi, the deputy mayor Laura Lieto, the city councilors Aniello Esposito and Salvatore Madonna and the president of Municipality 4 Sandro Fucito visited the construction site for an inspection.
The timetable includes synchronizing the deadlines of the two funding sources to complete the demolition and build 360 new homes by the end of 2026. This intervention aims to improve the quality of life in the eastern area of Naples and create new housing opportunities for citizens.
