A video posted on Tiktok by the account of Emanuel Ucci, currently under house arrest because he is being investigated in the inquiry into the famous torture of three boys from San Leucio in the style of a Clockwork Orange in the Libertà district of Benevento.
In the investigation with Ucci they are involved Antonio Barone, 48 years old, already known to the police, the son, Vincenzo Five, 25 years old and Ludovico Lepore, 53 years old, all accused to varying degrees of the crimes of torture, kidnapping and robbery.
The video was reported to the deputy of the Green Left Alliance Francesco Emilio Borrelli. In the images several photos scrolling with the writing 'we'll get through this too I love you' and a little heart.
There was a lot of anger among citizens who noticed the anomaly and wrote to Borrelli protesting the fact that a person investigated for heinous crimes could easily have access to social media.
“I asked to immediately verify whether the suspect has free access to his cell phone and his social media channels so that he can have contact with the outside world in violation of the precautionary measure to which he is subjected. This would be a very serious circumstance given the terrible crimes he is accused of.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time that criminals under restrictive measures post videos even from prison. It is surprising how these individuals first commit atrocious crimes, as in the case in question where according to the accusations the three victims were kidnapped in an apartment, tortured and forced to communicate the pins of the ATMs, and then post messages with hearts and phrases of love.
I hope that what happened will be clarified as soon as possible and that the guilty parties will be imprisoned so that they can write less on social media and reflect more on the atrocities committed”. This is Borrelli's comment.
