Last Tuesday, a 17-year-old Tunisian caused a single-vehicle accident on the Corso Malta entrance ramp of the Tangenziale di Napoli.
The young man was driving a scooter without a license plate, which was later found to be stolen that same morning in Caserta.
The officers of the Fuorigrotta Highway Police Subsection identified the driver and ascertained the facts.

The 17-year-old was fined for several violations of the Highway Code and reported for receiving stolen goods.
The young man was then returned to the CPA facility in Casaluce (CE) where he was in foster care.
