At the Arena Teatro Charlot in Capezzano, the “Re…state con noi” festival offers a second unmissable event: on Thursday 18 July at 21 pm, the public will be able to attend the debut of the comedy 'Una comica tragedia', staged by the Arcoscenico company under the direction of Adolfo Fornario.
A Show of Laughter and Involvement
The play, a farce in two acts based on the famous comedy “Francesca da Rimini” by Antonio Petito, promises an evening of overwhelming fun. The audience will be immediately involved in a whirlwind of gags, laughter and comic games. On stage, Fornario himself will be joined by Antonella Quaranta, Antonio De Rosa, Ciro Scherma and Diego Menna.
The Direction of Rodolfo Fornario
The show was rewritten by the director and actor Rodolfo Fornario, a leading figure in the artistic scene of theater and television. The plot revolves around a theater company grappling with the drama of staging a show in Italian that, for various reasons, cannot be performed. Faced with the determination of the audience who has already paid for the ticket, the theater director decides to ask his friends backstage for help, transforming them into improvised actors. The result is a highly effective comic mechanism, enriched by the presence of a bizarre figure who blends in with the audience, adding further amazement and fun.
