The fifth season, consisting of 12 episodes, sees the arrival of a new director, Ludovico del Martino, and the entry of new characters, also coming from regions other than Campania.
The Juvenile Penal Institute (IPM) is being renovated, but the focus remains on the difficult stories of adolescents who find themselves dealing with crime and their own fragilities.
An unprecedented success
"Sea Out” confirms itself as a television phenomenon of international scope. The director of Rai Fiction, Maria Pia Ammirati, underlined the attention that the series has received abroad, while the producer Roberto Sessa highlighted the success of views on RaiPlay and Netflix.
The big news is the announcement of a prequel film, entitled “I Am Curly Rose“, which will tell the story of Rosa Ricci’s (Maria Esposito) life before her arrival at IPM. The film will begin shooting before the sixth season and is scheduled for release later this year.
