A 32-year-old of Moroccan origin, illegal in Italy and with a criminal record, was arrested yesterday afternoon by the State Police in Napoli for improper robbery. The episode occurred in Corso Meridionale, where the man attempted to rob a passerby, sparking a violent fight.
The agents of the General Prevention and Public Aid Office, alerted by the Operations Room, quickly intervened on the spot. Here, the victim pointed out the criminal, telling how he had stolen a bag with a computer from her car.
In an attempt to stop him, the owner was physically attacked by the robber, who then tried to flee.
The police stopped the 32-year-old, identified him and proceeded to arrest him. The man is now in custody, while the authorities continue their investigations to verify any other crimes committed in the area.

This is a very serious and worrying episode for the safety of people on the streets, it is not possible that there are people who behave in this way. I hope that the authorities take more severe measures against these criminals.
