In a move that warms hearts and sends tremors through the streets of Casalnuovo di Napoli, a four-a-side football match is about to set the HOLLY E BENJI VILLAGE SPORTS CENTRE alight, in memory of an innocent victim of the Camorra, killed on 5 May 1990.
The event, scheduled for May 17th starting at 15:00 pm, will see a crowd of young people from the Neapolitan area take to the field with passion and determination, transforming a simple tournament into a bold challenge against local crime.
The Teams on the Field
Teams that have joined the tournament include REAL CASAREA, ADS VINDICE CALCIO, ACADEMY GALACTICOS FUTBOL and FC FENIX ARZANO, ready to battle on a pitch that promises sparks and sweat, perhaps with a few fouls that recall the harsh realities of the streets.
The Fearless Appeal
The founders of the Association linked to the memory of the event are not going easy on it: the initiative is a clear invitation to everyone to "react against the Camorra, without fear", a message that echoes like a cry of rebellion in the folds of a project funded by the Campania Region. It is an active citizenship activity within the framework of "La KASA di Tutti", with the CSN Centro Studi Nappi at the helm, to push the community to no longer turn its back on the problem.
