The Forestry Carabinieri of Alife they reported a man for illegal cutting and theft of wood in a state-owned forest in Valle Agricola, in the “Vado Scogliera” area.

The operation, conducted following investigative activities and on-site surveys, allowed us to ascertain the unauthorized felling of numerous trees in an area of approximately 1500 square meters, characterized by a mixed coppice forest of broad-leaved trees, predominantly beech.

The military seized approximately 10 quintals of beech wood already cut and ready for transport, identifying the person responsible. The man was reported at liberty to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Santa Maria Capua Vetere (CE) for the crimes of cutting and aggravated theft of state-owned wood, committed on public property and with the use of violence on property.
