A 53-year-old woman was arrested by the State Police during a check at Porta Nolana for possession and sale of narcotics.


Porta Nolana: Woman arrested for cocaine dealing and resisting arrest
During a patrol near Porta Nolana, the State Police arrested a 53-year-old woman, already known to law enforcement for a prior drug-related offense. Officers from the Vicaria-Mercato Police Station caught the woman repeatedly selling drugs.
Upon seeing the police, the 53-year-old attempted to flee, but was quickly apprehended after a brief resistance. The search resulted in the recovery of 34 packages of cocaine, weighing a total of 6 grams, as well as €120 in cash, divided into bills of various denominations.
The arrest was made on charges of illegal possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing and resisting a public official.
