Arzano – Another podium, another victory for the Scala sisters. After the magnificent gold brought home by Roberta Scala in the Junior category, now it is her sister Martina in the cadet 54 kg category to bring home a bronze of considerable importance. The little athlete competes in 6 matches, the first one ends 5-0, the second 3-0 and in the third match she meets the outgoing Italian champion but does not let herself be intimidated and closes with a 1-0, in the fourth match down by 5 points she recovers greatly and closes 6-5, but in the pool final she loses due to a trivial error of immaturity, but in the final for the bronze once again down by 1-0 she places an amazing uramawashi that is worth 3 points and closes the match. The two athletes train at the New Body Guard of Arzano, a young company in karate but which already boasts two national podiums, their teacher is Luigi Marotta as well as the technician of the Ctr Campania, the athletic trainer as well as the director of the sports center Luigi Scala and finally the mental coach Giovanni Savarese. The two sisters all sport and school in the next few months will have two very important competitions and in July they will be on retreat with the youth national team, all the members of the sports center and the citizens of Arzano wish a big good luck to these two promises of Italian karate.
