New video surveillance systems in the Amphitheatre Campano area
Santa Maria Capua Vetere. To the numerous plants of video surveillance installed in recent years by the Mirra Administration, aimed at strengthening the prevention and contrast actions to the forms of illegality that may affect the city territory, three more are now added within the scope of the Safe Schools Project.
With the relevant councilor Luigi Simonelli and the Municipal Police Command led by Giuseppe Aulicino, the process that led to the installation of new video surveillance systems was concluded, with funding from the Ministry of the Interior through the Prefecture of Caserta, which will allow monitoring of the Amaldi Scientific High School, the Sant'Andrea complex of the Mazzocchi Institute and the rear entrance of the Perla Institute, precisely in Piazza Schettino.
There is also news regarding the ZTL in Piazza Adriano, with the upcoming approval by the Council led by Mayor Mirra of the regulations aimed at regulating access to the Amphitheatre Campano area. In the meantime, two electronic gates have been installed, the one entering from Via Tifatina and the one exiting on Corso Aldo Moro, while the road signs are being completed.
