They overturn their car at night: 16-year-old boy dies, two friends injured.
The fatal accident occurred during the night in via Consolare Campana in Qualiano. The victim was called Gennaro Nappa, just 16 years old. He was in the back seat of the Audi A1 that overturned several times. The two friends who were with him were Domenico Fragalà, 19 years old, who was driving the car and Manuel Guerriero, 18 years old, sitting in the passenger side.

According to an initial reconstruction, the Audi A1 with the three boys on board was traveling along the road in the direction of “Ponte di Surriento”, and while overtaking a Fiat Panda with a woman at the wheel, it hit the side. The young driver at that point lost control of the car, which overturned several times, hitting a parked Opel Zafira.
Carabinieri, firefighters, and ambulances arrived on site. Unfortunately, Gennaro Nappo's heart stopped when he arrived at Cardarelli due to the serious injuries sustained in the violent impact. Investigators are trying to shed light on the accident also through viewing public and private cameras along the route taken by the car. The two injured were also subjected to the usual tests.
