There are 10.176 positive cases of coronavirus in Italy in the last 24 hours, according to data from the Ministry of Health. Yesterday there were 10.554.
There are 224 victims, an increase compared to yesterday's 207. The swabs carried out amount to 338.436, yesterday they were 328.612. The positivity rate is 3%, slightly down compared to yesterday's 3,2%. Patients hospitalized in intensive care are 2.211, down 42 units compared to yesterday, according to data from Ministry of Health.
The number of recovered patients is increasing, 17.394 (yesterday 15.580), for a total of 3.590.107. The number of currently positive cases continues to decrease, 7.444 less (yesterday -5.238): the number of currently ill patients is now 390.120. Of these, 372.110 patients are in home isolation.

In total, the cases since the beginning of the epidemic are 4.102.921, the deaths 122.694. The discharged and recovered have reached 3.590.107, with an increase of 17.394 units in the last 24 hours.
Lombardy, with 1.584 new coronavirus infections, is the Italian region with the highest number of cases compared to yesterday. Campania is in second place with 1.415 positive cases. Lazio, with 999 cases, and Puglia, with 979, are close to the thousand mark. In Emilia-Romagna, there are 875 infections and in Sicily, 851.
