Yesterday morning, the 23-year-old girl went to the hospital in Massa Carrara for the vaccine. A convinced choice. And everything seemed normal, until, a few minutes after the inoculation, the doctors and nurses began to get agitated: "We made a mistake. We injected her with the entire vial of Pfizer vaccine, equal to six doses". A frantic series of conversations with health workers and doctors and then hospitalization for observation, where the young woman should remain until today. The 23-year-old's conditions as of yesterday evening were fair and the girl was kept under observation not so much for the current state of her health, but for the fact that - to date - there has never been an inoculation of six doses of vaccine. A similar case occurred in recent months in Germany, but in that case there were five doses, while the Pfizer experimentation relating to the overdose would stop at four. In the complete absence of a case study, the unfortunate trainee is being kept under close observation, a report of what happened has already been sent to Aifa and yesterday police personnel also went to the hospital to verify what happened.
The girl's mother recounted the 'misadventure': "My daughter - explains the young woman's mother - went to the appointment calmly. After the injection she immediately noticed that something was wrong. Not in her body's reactions, but rather in what was happening around her. From what we have reconstructed, the preparation was not diluted with saline as required by the protocol and for a series of reasons that will certainly need to be clarified, the entire preparation was injected into my daughter. Now all that remains is to hope that there are no particularly serious adverse reactions".
