Three of them surround him and hit him with punches, kicks and even a helmet. According to what was said by a citizen who filmed the scene and reported it to the Regional Councilor of Europa Verde Francesco Emilio Borrelli, it was a robbery that took place in the Capodimonte area and for which the police also intervened.
“Unfortunately I didn’t start from the beginning. There was this man alone who was robbed, he reacted and they beat him. The black Punto belonged to a rescuer who got out to help him. After helping him he went back to the car but they caught him and beat him too. Both the police and the ambulance came, the robbed man was covered in blood.” –explains the reporter.
“There is no more control, there are no more limits. Violence and crime are spreading without restraints. We need more officers on the streets and a strengthened video surveillance system.” – declares Borrelli.
