The order was issued as part of the investigation into the "stesa" (a raid involving wild gunfire, ed.) of the last July 2 which triggered a general stampede among passers-by and only fortunately did not cause any innocent victims.

The other recipients of the arrest warrant are Vincenzo Barbato and Giuseppe Damiano, respectively 23 and 20 years old. Damiano and Barbato, released last May, were arrested in September 2021 for having targeted, together with other people, a Skorpio submachine gun against a Police “panther”.

The minor, also a member of the group, managed to disappear on that occasion. According to what was ascertained by the investigators, even when he was under house arrest, Emmanuel De Luca Bossa gave directives to the members, effectively assuming a managerial role.

The images of the systems of video surveillance analyzed by investigators have recorded the phases of the fire action which continued along a path of 60 meters.
