Scenes from A Clockwork Orange in Marano di Napoli, where a robbery was carried out last night inside a house in via Torre Dentice.
Four people, with their faces covered and armed, entered the home of a 56-year-old local man. The robbers then gathered all the people present in the house - husband, wife and two children - in a room and then attempted to take away a safe.
The bandits, we learn from the carabinieri, also beat and threatened the victims, but suddenly the alarm went off and the 4 escaped. Immediately after, the carabinieri from the local barracks arrived on the scene.
The family members were treated: they suffered some bruises. The carabinieri are looking for the gang also by viewing the images from the cameras in the area to have elements useful for the investigation.
