È rientrata la protesta degli operai della Medil dopo l’incontro avuto con i dirigenti della Provincia di Benevento, Angelo Giordano e Salvatore Minicozzi, che hanno assicurato il pagamento delle spettanze maturate per il mese di febbraio nella giornata di giovedì.
The protest demonstration experienced moments of tension when one of the demonstrators climbed the bell tower of the Church of San Gennaro which is located no more than thirty meters from the entrance to the Province offices.
About a hundred workers from the Medil company participated in the protest. The company did not receive the money because the TAR recently annulled a tender awarded by Medil.
