Immediate trial, without the filter of the preliminary hearing, for 39 people, including children and sons-in-law of the Casalesi boss, Francesco Bidognetti, aka Fatty and Midnight, accused of having reorganized the clan in recent years camorra, especially the factions Bidognetti and Schiavone.

Teresa and Katia, the husbands of the latter Vincenzo D'Angelo and Carlo D'Angiolella, Emiliana and Francesca Carrino, respectively aunt and cousin of the boss's children (Emiliana is the sister of Anna, currently a collaborator of justice as well as the boss's former partner and mother of Gianluca, Katia and Teresa), and historical affiliates of the Bidognettis such as Joshua Fioretto, husband of Emiliana, and Nicola Kader Sergio, wife of Francesca and considered the area leader Castel Volturno on behalf of the clan.
Among the accusations, in addition to that of having reorganized the clan especially around Gianluca Bidognetti, despite the fact that he had been in prison since 2008 for the attempted murder of his aunt and cousin Francesca, even the extortions to the detriment of numerous commercial operators (an entrepreneur was hit in the legs by gunshots), the control of the funeral sector thanks to agreements dating back to the 80s with companies operating in the area, and drug trafficking.
Sisters Katia and Teresa Bidognetti carried orders out of prison
According to the investigators, the ones who implemented Gianluca Bidognetti's directives outside of prison were the sisters Katia and Teresa, who received the clan's salary, and the husbands of the latter, in particular that of Katia, Vincent D'Angelo.
