Sant'Anastasia. A social initiative born thanks to the ingenuity of Susy Rea and Mimmo De Simone, heads of the associations “Su Una Nuvola Blu ” and “Love for S.Anastasia”.
On the occasion of World Autism Awareness Day, on April 2nd at 10,30:XNUMX am in via Casaliciello, Il Giardino della Gioia will be inaugurated, an open space that will welcome all children, both disabled and able-bodied. The green area will be the first inclusive garden in the Naples area and will host events, workshops and themed parties aimed at children.
"We are parents of two children with disabilities - explain Mimmo and Susy - every day we realize how there are no welcoming spaces or activities for disabled children, the Garden was born to give all of them a space free from any constraint, a space in which each child can be himself".
The two leaders of the very active volunteer associations then continue: «The Garden of Joy, we would like to point out, is not for disabled children but for everyone»
The official partner of the Garden in all its activities will be the association Coltiviamo Gentilezza with its Officina Gentile project that will offer the children present creative activities and games to play outdoors, all together.
