Shortly before midnight, the military personnel of the Vomero company's operational unit together with the Carabinieri of the Marianella station arrested a 22-year-old from the Arenella neighborhood, already known to the police, on suspicion of crime.
The military investigations allowed them to collect several elements against the 22-year-old Napoli considered seriously suspected of having committed last June 2nd – together with other accomplices, one of whom has already been arrested – an armed robbery in a betting center in Corso Marianella.
The arrested person was transferred to the Poggioreale prison at the disposal of the Neapolitan judicial authorities. Investigations are underway to identify the other accomplices.
