Another success for “Azzurro…Stories of the sea”, which with the third episode dedicated to the Cilento keeps 819.000 viewers glued to the screen with an average share of 16,30% and peaks of 18%. A result that once again makes the format hosted by Beppe Convertini the most followed in the morning time slot 09:40/10:30.
“As always, I thank our Rai 1 audience – comments Convertini – who once again decided to reward us. Our thanks go to the entire work team that contributed to this result. We have told this splendid territory in the round, from the ancient crafts linked to the sea to the tradition rooted in the villages of the National Park of Cilento, Vallo di Diano and Alburni. Our journey will resume soon with a special episode because next Sunday we will set sail for the Liguria and Tuscany, two truly unique regions of our Bel Paese. We will learn about ancient crafts, age-old traditions set in the sea of these heterogeneous territories and obviously we will taste the typical recipes of the various places visited. The musical closing of the episode will be by the splendid Karima”.
“I thank the public who always follows us with consistency – concludes the producer Gennaro Coppola – and I am pleasantly surprised that even though they are moving to vacation spots, viewers have not forgotten their appointment with “Azzurro”. This constant affection is what makes us happiest and proudest and shows that even on vacation, culture always pays off. However, these goals are also the result of great teamwork and for this I thank the entire team starting with a great professional like Beppe Convertini. But the credit also goes to an extraordinary direction like that of Daniele Carminati and a historic work team, composed of my partner Gianmarco Ravo, precision personified, and an incredible talent like our head of authors, Gianluca Imparato, and this week's new entry, colleague Diletta Acanfora, as well as a staff of unique people who have contributed to these results”.
