I Militari appartenenti al Nucleo Carabinieri Forestry of marcianise (CE), nel corso di controlli finalizzati al contrasto dei reati in danno all’ambiente, collaborati da personale del Dipartimento dell’A.R.P.A.C.
di Caserta, hanno sottoposto a controllo un’impresa, con laboratorio artigianale nella zona industriale del comune di Carinaro (CE), dedita ad attività di progettazione, realizzazione e posa in opera di scenografie per locali pubblici e privati.
La verifica ha evidenziato sull’annesso piazzale esterno la realizzazione di un deposito incontrollato di waste speciali pericolosi e non pericolosi di diverse tipologie miscelati indiscriminatamente tra loro.

In light of what was ascertained, the aforementioned military personnel proceeded with the preventive seizure of the waste and equipment found therein, reporting the company's directors, at liberty, for the crimes of illicit management of hazardous and non-hazardous special waste and for the production of atmospheric emissions deriving from the exercise of carpentry and painting activities without the required authorization.
Finally, administrative violations were also contested for an amount of approximately 15.000 euros for the failure to communicate annually the waste produced (MUD) and failure to keep the register of loading and unloading of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
