He was wandering around the fair in an evident state of psycho-physical alteration, probably due to alcohol abuse, disturbing passers-by. The young man also resisted and refused to provide his personal details to the Carabinieri of the Bagnoli Irpino station (in the province of Avellino).
The military were on duty to maintain public order at the traditional Black Truffle Market Exhibition and Chestnut, Black Truffle and Typical Products Festival. While being escorted to the barracks, the boy, a 20 year old from Torella dei Lombardi, continued to threaten and insult the soldiers. After being examined by the health workers of the advanced medical station, the 20 year old was reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Avellino for resisting and insulting a public official, as well as for refusing to provide his personal details to the military.
