Last night, at Pagani, in the Salerno area, an intervention by the Carabinieri of the local Tenenza took place. In fact, following a careful operation conducted in the context of a case of violation of the prohibition measures to approach places frequented by the injured party, through the application of an electronic bracelet, the arrest in flagrante delicto of a 44-year-old individual was carried out.
This person, who had received this restrictive measure only the previous day, was arrested for violating the provisions requiring him to keep away from places frequented by his wife. The arrested person was taken to his home, where he was placed under house arrest as a precautionary measure.
House arrest, in addition to being a form of restriction of personal freedom, also acts as a deterrent to the individual involved, emphasizing the seriousness of his actions and promoting awareness of the legal consequences in case of violation of restraining orders.
