Yesterday morning, the agents of the General Prevention Office intervened at the Rione Sanità in response to a report of a woman being attacked by her son. The man, in a state of agitation, threatened the mother and subsequently also the officers who intervened.
During the search of the house, he was stopped and secured after he attempted to grab something under the pillow. A switchblade, a telescopic truncheon and a pair of scissors were found and seized under the pillow in his bedroom.
