A Caposele, province of Avellino, the Carabinieri of the local station proceeded with the arrest of a 40-year-old resident in the area, executing a sentence of expiation at his home, issued by the Criminal Enforcement Office of the Court of Avellino.
The man, who had already been the subject of repeated reports by the Carabinieri for crimes such as “mistreatment in the family” and “personal injury” committed against his parents, was sentenced with a final sentence.
The sentence imposed on him consists of 2 months and 20 days of detention. At the end of this period, the subject will be subjected to the security measure of probation for 1 year and 6 months.
This legal measure was taken following the serious abusive conduct perpetrated by the subject towards his own family, a behavior that led to the intervention of the police and the consequent conviction by the competent authorities.
