Sunday 17 March from 19 pm the 2023/2024 Theatre Season in Cava de' Tirreni organized by Arcoscenico hosts the Samarcanda Teatro Association of Battipaglia.
The Teatro Il Piccolo in Cava will see the company directed by Enzo Fauci perform in “Il cappelli a sonagli” by Luigi Pirandello, a classic by the Sicilian playwright who, with a minimalist staging and symbolic scenographic choice, enhances the characters and dialogues, allowing the figures to draw maximum expressiveness on stage.
The Association “SAMARCANDA TEATRO” of Battipaglia was founded in 1995 by its President Francesco D'Andrea, who has been actively supported for some years by Enzo Fauci. It is made up of a stable core of actors to which a large group of people are periodically added who are trained annually in the acting courses of SamarcandaLab, from which it draws for the works to be staged. In these years of theatrical activity it has represented many shows, has participated in numerous theatrical reviews organized in the region and at a national level, obtaining prizes and awards reserved for the proposed Show, the Direction, the Interpretations (Actors and Actresses) and the Scenic Design.
