Today, the Police identified and arrested a 47-year-old man in Naples, in execution of a prison order issued on February 29 by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Napoli, Criminal Enforcement Office.
The man, sentenced to 3 years, 9 months and 15 days in prison for extortion, robbery and personal injury committed in the city in 2023, was tracked down at the residence of a relative in the infamous Villa di San Giovanni a Teduccio district controlled by the Rinaldi clan.
The Ponticelli Police Station made the arrest following the conviction issued against the subject, who will now have to serve his sentence behind bars. The officers identified the man and proceeded with the arrest at the home of a family member, thus putting an end to his fugitive status.
