Details of Events in Capri and Naples
From June 28th to 30th, the festival will stop in Capri, in Piazzetta Tragara at 19 pm. Here Hernan Diaz, Emma Cline and Ye Chun will take part in the conversations. The central theme of 2024 will be “Tempo/Time”, a topic that will act as a common thread in the conversations between Antonio Monda and the guests of this 19th edition. “The theme chosen this year for The Conversations it is time,” explains Antonio Monda, “with my guests I will reflect on two opposing tendencies: those who refuse to be slaves to it, celebrating the joy and privilege of losing it, and those who instead follow the teachings of Darwin or Napoleon, who said: 'I can lose a battle, but I will never lose a minute'”.

Also for this edition, the guests of Capri will write their own contribution on the theme of time. These texts will be read by the authors themselves and distributed to the public at the beginning of each event.

All meetings in Naples and Capri are free of charge until all seats are taken. The 2024 edition of Le Conversazioni is presented by Dazzle Communication in collaboration with SIAE – Società Italiana degli Autori ed Editori, and with the support of sponsors such as Persol and Generali.
