Sitting on a wall with a beer in his hand, the man allegedly began with shocking phrases and, showing her a 20 euro note, attempted to approach the little girl.
After blowing kisses in the direction of the minor, she allegedly tried to grab her, while the two friends were threatened and asked to move away. Terrified, the victim managed to take her cell phone and make a video call to her father, while her friends ran away screaming to attract the attention of passers-by.
The screams attracted the attention of the mother of the child and another woman, who immediately took to the streets.

In the meantime, the girl's father also arrived and, together with other residents, began looking for the attacker. The situation quickly degenerated: the man, surrounded by the angry crowd, tried to defend himself by waving glass bottles.
The arrival of the Police, called 113, was providential. The agents, coordinated by the deputy commissioner Raffaele Esposito of the Pozzuoli police station, stopped the 31-year-old, finding him without identity documents and in an irregular position on Italian territory.
The man was arrested on charges of sexual acts with minors and transferred to the Poggioreale prison. The girl, interviewed in the presence of a psychologist, lucidly recounted the terrible moments she had experienced, and her version was deemed credible by the public prosecutor on duty.
