The decree of the TAR Piemonte that annulled the ban on travel to Turin for a Napoli fan and his son who had appealed "does not clarify unequivocally whether the precautionary measure has effects only on the appellants or whether it operates erga omnes". This is what the lawyers claim Erich Grimaldi and Luca Rubinacci, who presented the appeal on behalf of the fan and who have now forwarded a request to the prefect for the “countless requests from fans present outside the stadium, also to protect public order”.
“The press coverage of the measure – the two lawyers state – is generating considerable uncertainty among the fans present in Turin, which would suggest an intervention by the Prefecture, if necessary in self-protection, aimed at allowing entry to the Allianz Stadium by all holders of tickets cancelled on the basis of the contingent and urgent ordinance of 20 September 2024”.
