The decree of Tar Piemonte che ha annullato il divieto di trasferta a Torino per un tifoso napoletano ed il figlio che avevano fatto ricorso “non chiarisce in maniera univoca se la misura cautelare spieghi effetti nei confronti dei soli ricorrenti ovvero se operi erga omnes”.Lo sostengono gli avvocati Erich Grimaldi and Luca Rubinacci, who presented the appeal on behalf of the fan and who have now forwarded a request to the prefect for the “innumerevoli richieste da parte dei fans presenti all’esterno dello stadium, a tutela anche dell’ordine pubblico”.
“The press coverage of the measure – the two lawyers state – is generating considerable uncertainty among the fans present in Turin, which would suggest an intervention by the Prefecture, if necessary in self-protection, aimed at allowing entry to the Allianz Stadium by all holders of tickets cancelled on the basis of the contingent and urgent ordinance of 20 September 2024”.
