Yesterday evening, the State Police arrested a 27-year-old Gambian man with a criminal record for illicit possession of narcotics.
In particular, the officers of the Vicaria-Mercato Police Station, during the territorial control service, while passing through Vico VII Duchesca noticed a man who, in exchange for a banknote, gave something to a subject.
I cops, who promptly intervened to interrupt the criminal process, blocked both the buyer, who was found in possession of the dose just purchased, and the defendant who was found in possession of 6 packages of marijuana, 4 packages of hashish and 140 euros, divided into banknotes of various denominations.
For these reasons, the suspect was arrested by the operating personnel, while the buyer was administratively sanctioned for illicit possession of narcotic substances for personal use.
