Naples – Around 17:53 pm today an earthquake was felt by citizens living in the municipalities of the Phlegraean area and in some peripheral neighborhoods of Naples.

The seismographs of the INGV recorded, at 17 pm, an earthquake of magnitude 53 at a depth of 3.0 km with epicentre in the area of Solfatara.
Reports are coming from the neighborhoods of Fuorigrotta, Bagnoli, Pianura, Agnano, Pozzuoli, Quarto, Giugliano. At the moment there are no damages to things or people. In the meantime the Civil Protection has started the verification machine.
There were three tremors and they occurred between 17.53pm and 17.54pm
The first, recorded by seismographs at 17.53:1.6, was of magnitude 3.0, with a depth of one kilometer. The second, which occurred at the same time, was much stronger: equal to magnitude 2, with a depth of XNUMX km.
The third shock, however, occurred one minute later: this time the magnitude was 1.7, with a depth of one kilometer. This was reported by the Ingv.
