Success with “Far from the Nest”
His latest video, for the song “Lontano del nido,” has garnered 160.000 views. The track stands out for its sophisticated backing track, inspired by old vinyl, and the young rapper’s syncopated flow. JFlako’s lyrics are striking for their depth, addressing themes such as the emotion of the present and the weight of the past, as well as the difficulties caused by money.
Influences and artistic path
JFlako draws inspiration from well-known artists such as Kendrick Lamar and Ghali, as well as the tango artist Carlos di Sarli, already demonstrating significant expressive maturity. Originally from Carmagnola, he grew up with music, initially playing drums in the town band. His approach to rap was also influenced by the musical roots of his Argentine father, a trumpet player.
