Napoli – Two evenings destined to make international music history will light up Piazza del Plebiscito on July 6 and 8, 2025. “The 4Ever Show – Official July 4th Celebration” will bring three global icons to Naples: Mary J. Blige, John Legend and 50 Cent, in an event that celebrates the bond between Italy and the United States, inspired by the Italian patriot Filippo Mazzei, whose ideas influenced the American Declaration of Independence.
The phrase “All men are created equal” becomes the theme of a festival that unites music, memory and universal values.
On Sunday, July 6, Mary J. Blige, queen of R&B and winner of 9 Grammys, an Emmy and two Oscar nominations, will perform her only Italian date, accompanied by the Independence Orchestra and her band.
Next up, Egot (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony) award-winning singer-songwriter and activist John Legend will give a refined and emotional performance, also with an orchestra. Tuesday, July 8, will be the turn of 50 Cent, who has chosen Naples for his only concert in Italy.
The New York rapper, who will celebrate his 50th birthday in the city, will perform the hits “Get Rich or Die Tryin'” and “The Massacre” in an unprecedented symphonic version, with over 100 musicians directed by maestro Paolo Vivaldi.
“Naples confirms its position at the center of the great international live music circuits, thanks to the work of Mayor Manfredi to make our city a true music city,” declared Ferdinando Tozzi, councilor delegate for the music and audiovisual industry.
“The 4Ever Show is for legends, for music that lasts forever,” added the Italian-American CEO of Dream Loud, co-producer of the event together with 50 Cent and with the support of local institutions.
The two evenings promise to be an immersive and unforgettable experience, consolidating Naples as the capital of international music.
