Aversa. Attempted robbery at the Curti post office: two men from Giugliano in Campania arrested.
The Carabinieri of Aversa, in the province of Caserta, have executed a custodial order in prison, issued by the investigating judge of Naples North at the request of the Aversa prosecutor's office, against two people originally from Giugliano in Campania, investigated for the attempted robbery of a post office in Curti on November 26 and for receiving stolen goods (a car stolen a few days earlier to carry out the robbery).
One of the two is also under investigation for two aggravated robberies committed in a supermarket in Aversa on August 31 and in a supermarket in Carinaro on September 24, as well as for aggravated theft of two cars used to carry out the robberies. The military also carried out several searches on other individuals who had participated in meetings with the suspects and had telephone conversations during the days of the inspections in the post office in Curti.
