Arzano. The Dal Basso Association has returned to the municipality the keys to the property in Corso Salvator D'Amato 78, a property confiscated from the Camorra years ago and entrusted to the same association.
Lawyer Raffaella Caiazza, in her capacity as legal representative of the same association, states that “on 03.05.2022 with certified certified e-mail. n.11712″, it was manifested “the desire to deliver the property awaits a total indifference and disinterest in the association's requests”.
For this reason “in the presence of the President of the association dal basso Mrs. Emanuela Mingione, of the undersigned and of the Geom. D'Auria Gennaro, as delegate of the Municipality, accompanied by the Municipal Police, the keys were delivered and the relevant report was drawn up”.
