During the performance of control activities for the prevention and repression of administrative and Highway Code violations, two Municipal Police officers, in Piazza Carità in Naples, noticed a parked vehicle that was obstructing traffic. Upon checks, the car was found to be uninsured.
When the driver of the vehicle arrived and was informed by the officers of the Highway Code sanctions that were to be imposed on him, he attempted to flee with the car, hitting one of the two officers.
