Nola. A precautionary custody order, which provides for the measure of house arrest, was issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Nola, at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office, against Nunzio Monda, 18 years old, for the attempted murder of a peer. The facts date back to the afternoon of July 4, 2022: at that time the suspect had an argument for trivial reasons with a peer.
A few hours later the young people met again, a fight broke out, in which other young people also took part, during which the suspect allegedly pulled out a butterfly knife and stabbed the victim five times in the chest, before fleeing.
The injured person was admitted with a reserved prognosis to the Monaldi hospital in Naples for "pre-tamponade pericardial effusion following multiple lesions to the left hemithorax" and after undergoing surgery was discharged on July 15, 2022.
