The contract for the transfer of the business unit relating to “Maintenance” activities to the company Atitech Spa of Naples was signed today by Alitalia in Extraordinary Administration, by the commissioners Gabriele Fava, Giuseppe Leogrande and Daniele Santosuosso, and by Atitech Spa, by the president and CEO, Gianni Lettieri.
