Camorra, new blow to the Moccia clan of Afragola.
The Carabinieri and the State Police have executed an arrest warrant issued by the Naples District Anti-Mafia Directorate against six people, all accused of mafia-type association and illegal carrying and possession of war weapons and firearms and related ammunition.
The investigations, conducted by the Carabinieri of the Investigative Nucleus of the Castello di Cisterna Group, of the Afragola, by the agents of the Flying Squad of the Naples Police Headquarters and the Afragola Police Station, also with the use of telephone and environmental interceptions, have allowed us to outline the full operation of an armed association, of a mafia type - an articulation of the Moccia clan – operating in the municipality of Afragola, based in the “Salicelle” district.
Investigations into the new group of camorra in Afragola they brought to light the dangerousness of the group that was trying to impose its power in the area.
