Five people were arrested in the province of Benevento following an investigation into drug dealing carried out by local carabinieri, coordinated by the prosecutor's office.
According to investigators, the five would have created "a real drug market" in the Telesina Valley, in the municipalities of Telese Terme, Solopaca, Cerreto Sannita, Ambrosi, Castelvenere and Puglianello. The facts date back to 2021: the five sold different types of drugs, from cocaine, to heroin, crack, kobret, marijuana and hashish.
In the drug dealing market, it was ascertained by the investigators, minors were also involved.
The drug dealing took place after a telephone contact and subsequent appointment to meet in person. It was also ascertained that some of the suspects used minors in the commission of the alleged crimes.
