The man, with a criminal record for robbery and illegal possession of firearms, assisted by the lawyer Fabrizio De Maio of the Lagonegro court, is expected this morning in front of the investigating judge of Naples for the validation hearing: the investigators are charging him with the crime of attempted aggravated murder from abject and futile motives.
