On the occasion of the All Saints' Day celebrations, and for the following days, in anticipation of the greater influx of tourists to the Royal Palace of Caserta, recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, which has also adhered to the initiatives of the Ministry of Culture by allowing free access on holidays, quotas of the Carabinieri Support Operations Teams (SOS), in line with the provisions issued by the Prefect of Caserta Giuseppe Castaldo on the subject of security, were employed outside the Vanvitelli complex in support of the territorial force and other law enforcement agencies, with the aim of intensifying preventive surveillance services.
The Arma's Operational Support Teams, composed of highly specialized personnel also in anti-terrorism interventions, will be employed for the entire week also at other structures of cultural, artistic and commercial interest in the city of Caserta and the surrounding areas.
