Remembering Mariano Izzo: 'Women of Yesterday and Today', painting exhibition at the Vesuvius National Park Museum Boscoreale

Marta Saulle organizer and curator of the painting exhibition, thanks to the patronage granted
from the Vesuvius Park Authority with president, lawyer Raffaele De Luca, is pleased to announce
an extraordinary exhibition entitled “REMEMBERING MARIANO IZZO: Women of Yesterday and
Today".

This exhibition commemorates the exceptional work of the visionary artist Mariano Izzo and
celebrates his unique contribution to contemporary art. His works, often described as
a bridge between generations, they capture the beauty, strength and complexity of the world
surrounding area, giving value to the female figure and to the one dearest to him: the mother.

This event marks a significant moment as it is the first posthumous exhibition
of the artist Mariano Izzo, which will bring together thirty of his masterpieces; offering the public the opportunity to immerse themselves in the work of a great artistic talent. The exhibition accompanied by three collateral events aims to highlight the social change and more precisely the change in the role of women from the artist's period of activity until today.
