The State Police arrested, on the order of the investigating judge of the court of Napoli North, a 43 year old of Albanian origin believed to be one of the four bandits who last August 7th struck in two houses of Lusciano (Caserta), tying up and beating the two owners, a mother and son aged 84 and 54.
Some biological traces left at the crime scene were crucial to identifying the robber. The investigators of the Flying Squad of the Caserta Police Headquarters also acquired numerous pieces of information on the territory, managing, thanks also to the support of the personnel of the Central Operations Service (Sco), to identify the 43-year-old with certainty.
These, together with three other accomplices not yet identified, first entered the 7-year-old's house on August 54, tying him to a radiator, kicking and punching him to make him collaborate, and even putting the barrel of the gun in his mouth; they thus managed to steal money and some valuables worth around 10 thousand euros, then they went to the 54-year-old's mother's house, where they repeated the same script to the detriment of the elderly woman, taking away other valuables.
